Provide a User Name, Phone Number, Email Address and/or an Image (such as a profile picture) and our private investigator will search using the details provided. When matches and results are found, our search may provide information such as user names and IDs, phone numbers, email addresses, locations, profile pictures, linked social media accounts and last activity status / times. Performed from an overseas online investigation and AI analysis tool industry specific private database that provides automated collection and reporting from dozens of open sources in real-time on the world wide web through Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) which is the collection, analysis, and dissemination of information that is publicly available and legally accessible.
My Spy private investigators employ decades of experience and expertise to legally access the overseas database information for the investigative purposes that may be collected and provided from third party data and a range of sources where the database provider may have abilities to access the social network account information in accordance with their country’s laws and publicly available information where third party information is collected in such circumstances where individuals would reasonably expect their personal information to be collected in accordance with the network policies.
ORDER INSTRUCTIONS
Please follow the following order process:
1. Click ‘Buy’ and change the order quantity if required. (1 product quantity = 1 entity search)
2. Complete your order details. You do not need to create an account with a password if you do not wish and may simply untick this option.
Ensure to complete all fields marked with an ‘*’ and you may need to click on ‘Secure Checkout’ twice to update your details!
3. In the ‘Delivery Notes or Additional Comments’ field, provide your Subject’s details such as user names, phone numbers, email addresses, linked social media accounts and images can be uploaded later by replying to our ‘Order Confirmation’ email. (Ensure you provide the full and correct details as results will be based on the information / criteria you have provided)
4. Complete your payment details.
5. Click ‘Return to Merchant’ to complete order and then ‘Print Invoice’ if required.
6. Once your order is confirmed and your information is received, allow approximately two business days for the processing of your products and services.
7. Once your product is completed, your results will be emailed to your nominated email address.
(Note it is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct email address, ensure they receive their emails and check their spam folders. Customers using some email servers such as Hotmail and Gmail may have some emails delivered to spam / junk folders and in such cases it is the customer’s responsibility to either locate their emails, change their email settings, contact their email service provider to cease such unwarranted actions, provide a different email address suitable for receiving business correspondence and or contact My Spy to request email delivery from a different email server)
Results will be based on your search criteria and the broader the search, the more results may be returned with similar details. Where there may be a large number of results, results provided will be limited to an appropriate amount within the order quotas to be determined at our discretion. You will be advised if further results are available and another one (1) order quantity product purchase will be required for the next batch of results available. In the order ‘Delivery Notes or Additional Comments’ field simply insert your Subject’s details again and mention you request to receive the next batch of available results for the search.

Our initial fee for the service you order incorporates investigation work, time and expenses expended upon taking your order and our fee is reflective of an initial investigation search to determine whether any and or how much information/records are available and provide the initial quota. Our fees are charged for the investigation work, time, expenses and database access fees to perform the investigation and results and records are not guaranteed.
